Pain In The Back And Knee After An Injury. Advice?
Dear Dr A few weeks ago as I was sqatting to get something my 3yr old granddaughter accidently knocked me over?Since then thr back and side of my knee is v. painful I have been trying ibuprofen and volterol creme.I am 61yand look after my 3 small grandchildren fulltime so have not been able to rest much?MY THIGH and shin/ calf aches a bit now is that from limping?Any suggestions? As few weeks are already passed out and pain is persist ant ,I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician for thorough examination and treatment according o that. Hope this will helps you. Hello Pam, Have you had an opportunity to have an xray or physical therapy? Even massage therapy may bring you some relief from your symptoms. It may be helpful to keep a pain diary to see if your pain levels increase or diminish.
