Pain In The Eyes In The Mornings. High Creatinine Levels. Sibelium Prescribed. Symptoms Of Vertigo. Medication Side Effect?
I USED TO GET EYE ACHES EVERY MORNING WHICH SOMETIMES WOULD SUBSIDE ON THEIR OWN. SOMETIMES THEY WOULD PERSIST AND I WOULD HAVE PAIN IN THE LOWER PORTION/MIDDLE PORTION OF THE HEAD. I WAS PRESCRIBED MIGRANIL WHICH I FOUND USEFUL BUT I HAVE FOUND THAT CREATININE LEVEL HAS GONE UP. I CONSULTED A NEUROLOGIST WHO HAS PRESCRIBED SIBELIUM FOR ONE MONTH AND HAS ADVISED TO TAKE NAXDOM 500 IF HAVING HEADACHE. NORMALLY I DONT EXPRIENCE GIDDINESS OR NAUSEA BUT SOMETIMES I HAVE EXPERIENCED VERTIGO LIKE FEEL. NOW I FIND THAT NAXDOM ALSO HAS SIDE EFFECTS WHICH HAS LEFT ME CONFUSED AS TO WHETHER I SHOULD NAXDOM AT ALL
Hi, Based on the details you suffer from migraine with vertigo with raised creatinine
Best pain killer when raised creatinine is paracetamol alone. Other choice being tramadol safer in kidney failure patient but it can produce giddiness and drowsiness in your case. So I suggest you to continue sibelium as prescribed with paracetamol sos ( when needed)
Do neck relaxation exercise also
Consult nephrologist for detail kidney function evaluation and further plan for raised creatinine
