Pain In The Groin Area. On Medication For STD. Pain In The Legs. Due To The Back Injury?

my son has back problems .he has been to the e. r several times in the last year . they keep giving him antibotics for s. t. d . but he hasent had sex without protection he say . he says it hurts in his groin area . stings when he urinates, and down his leg stings .could this be from his back injury . he has about 12 disks messed up spinal stenous .could this be his problem

I understand your concerns. It could well be the spinal stenosis that is causing his back problems and pain in the groin area. However, I wonder if he has been tested for urinary tract infections(UTIs) as they are very common though not so much in men compared with women. However if STDs are ruled out it might be helpful to rule out UTIs before you attribute his symptoms to his spinal problem.
