Pain In The Left Upper Side Of Chest, But ECG Is Normal

FEELS NEEDLES & A LITTLE INSIDE PAIN LIKE FEELING IN LEFT UPPER SIDE OF CHEST . HI MY AGE IS 26 ,BP 130/80 MY BP IS FINE ECG IS FINE AND ALSO ECHO . BUT SOMETIMES I FEELS NEEDLES IN MY LEFT HAND AND SOMETIMES A LITTLE INSIDE PAIN LIKE FEELING IN LEFT UPPER SIDE OF CHEST. I DID 5 ECGS AND 2 ECHOS THEY ALL ARE FINE . NOW I AM CONFUSED WHY ITS HAPPENING? CAN ANYONE ANSWER ?

Thanks for the query. I doubt there is a cardiac involvement in you. Are u a vegetarian? Get yourself tested for vit b12 levels and Sugars. For now you can take vit b12 supplements along with painkillers and see if that helps. Have a healthy living
