Pain In The Nose And Tension Headaches After Having A Broken Nose. How Long Will It Take To Heal?

7 months ago I had my nose broken, it was reset within a week as the bones in my nose moved, but 7 months on I'm still in pain in my nose and I get terrible headaches, if the weather is cold I cannot go out I have to stay in doors, soon as I get cold the pain is un bearable, I've left it so long due to not wanting to deal with it as the broken nose was a result from a violent relationship. But I cannot take the pain any more

Hi and welcome to HCM!
Thanks for posting your query here.
Headache could be because of stenosis of meatal openings of the sinuses into the nose. This cause a blockage in draining of the secretions from the sinuses which will result in headache. And also you need to check whether the bones has reset properly or not. Did you check it on an x-ray? If the alignment of bones is not proper it will cause a severe pain. Analgesics can be used to relieve the pain.
I advise you to take an x-ray of the nasal bones which will show the alignment and healing and the problem can be further managed.
Hope this is helpful to you.
Regards
