Pain In The Penis And Testicles. Cause?

Hi I have a pain when standing during work or anything else. When I sit pain goes, no pain. I feel pain around my penis mostly in my balls. Even when I sleep on my belly/chest I fee same pain, please help last one month I have this pain I don't know what to do in the begin I thought is can be cold but now I don't think so.

Hello,thanks for the query.
Pain which you are feeling around the penis is actually a pain in the testicles ( balls).
As you said that more pain is in the balls. As this is the most soft part of body and hanging downwards , so please make sure that don't wear a tight underwear.
Please note the color of testicles skin and also note down the temp. over this skin.
Mile reddish bright color with pain and swelling around the testicles (covering of testicles is known as scrotum) indicates that these may be some infection. This infection is known as epididmoorchitis .
Cold sponging will give you some relief but it will not cure so for treatment you have to consult a doctor.
If there is a H/O sexual contact than please you get a blood test for VDRL & HIV.
Cause of orchitis above mentioned may be many so broad spectrum antibiotics will treat it.
