Its sensitive to touch and some pain around cheek and feels warm with radiating heat around my cheek. Noticed this maybe 6 mo ago, however it went away. I know its not TMJ . Hello

Thanks for writing to H.C.M.

I have gone through your clinical history and as you said that you are having pain in your right ear and this pain is also felt over temple as numbness, and anterirly it is passing over cheek and down to side of neck. Your vosion is going to blurred on right side is indicative of some complication.

Considering your complaints it is most likely deep seated infection involving petrous part of temporal bone.To manage your problem these investigations are must-
(1) C.T.scan of right temporal bone (HRCT).
(2) Audiometery ( Pure tone & Impedance).
(3) Ophthalmic examination including fundus.
(4) Blood - CBC, ESR, blood sugar- F. & P.P.

After a thorough examination of ear, throat, eye and general physical examination and there co-relation with investigations we will reach to correct diagnosis which may be later plan for treatment.

With regards.
