yes thanks my problem is that i been havin this pain in the r side of my groin area and r testicle, i been to several urologist finally the last one recomended an authopsy of my prostate the result were negative than good, but nothing for the pain that i complain for the last 15 years about 7 years a doctor recommended a surgeon opinion for hernia the specilist results no hernia, the pain is not a sharp pain but occasionally after sex the pain is more severe. Hi Pain in the right groin and testicle ,increasing after sex can be due to muscle pull which encircles the spermatic cord.This cord comes through abdomen enters the scrotum and connects the testis. A small inguinal hernia which cannot be detected clinically can be possibility still. You should get an ultrasound and do Valsalva manouver for confirmation of hernia. Please do not lift weights,do not strain during urination or passing stools. If you come back with ultrasound report,i will clarify further regards
