Pain Near Back Of Shoulder Blade, Radiating To Front, Feels Like Muscle Pain

I don't think I meant to get on line. I was doing the symptom checker and then it stopped. I have a pain that started Sunday in my back near my shoulder blade and hurts in front if I take a deep breath. I did not injure myself, I woke up with this. I have been using heat and ice because it feels a little like a muscle ache, but it is not helping and the pain actually feels like its internal. It radiates around to the front, under my rib on the left side.
