Pain On Lower Right Back, Nauseous, Sweat. Suggested As Vagal Pain. Any Other Diagnosis?

I am a 21 year old female and while working two days ago I began to feel extreme pain in my lower right back along with this pain I began to sweat, became severely nauseous and light headed. I was seen at the er and was told it was simply vagal pain.. I am continuing to experience the back pain is there any other diagnosis it could be?
