Pain, Soreness In Left Side Back Increased With Touching And Movement. History Of Fall And Hurting Lower Back. On Cold Pack, Painkiller Spray. Recommend

Hi, Last evening, I slipped on wet stairs and have hurt my lower pack. the pain is only on one side (left), slightly above the seat. I am able to walk and sit with not much pain, but gettng up after lying down hurts. Also touching that area hurts as it seems to be quite sore. any movement involving that part hurts.

What should I do, have applied cold pack a couple times and also a pain killer spray. What precuation and cure do i need to do fo this.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some strain of back muscles or might have some some soft tissue injury on the part.
Continue applying ice pack 2-3 times a day.
Apply analgesic, muscle relaxant cream locally.
Take analgesic tablet for 1-2 days.
Ok and take care.
