Pain, Swelling In Feet Due To Heat, Cools Down With Ice Water. How To Get Relief?
My feet get incredibly swollen and even painful from the heat, to the extent that I cannot sleep. I have to put my feet in ice water to cool it down but it doesnt help for long even though its painful to cool down. Its mostly the ball of my feet under my toes, it can cause cramping right up my leg its so hot. Is this circulation? If so is there anything over the counter I can get for it? Its unbearable lately.
From the available symptoms, it might be a simple sprain. You did not mention your age or how this happened. Age related bone problems such as osteo arthrities can cause swellings and burning pain and cold water relief. Or urea deposits in ankle are can cause the pain and swelling. Or it may be simple sprain.
But you need to confirm, especially if you are above 40. Do consult a generl physician and confirm. Get well soon.
