Pain Under Breast, Voice Loss, Headache, Pain After Being Squeezed. Help

Yesterday, my husband squeezed me very tight after I asked him to pop my back. I felt a severe pain under my breast and since then have lost my voice. I have a slight headache, no energy and yes somewhat in pain. I feel like maybe I was internally bruised. Just puzzled as to why I lost my voice and should I see a doctor?

Hi, the symptoms suggest that there may be sprain of the muscles, at that place, the change in voice is inexplicable.
Probably you must be having a pharyngitis, wit fever, simultaneously, that might be the reason for voice change.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Thank you.
