What Is The Remedy For Hiatal Hernia With Burping, Bile Coming, Sore Throat, Pain In Breast Bone?

I have a hiatal hernia and a popping breast bone would it make me in more pain. I'm always burping, bile coming, sore throat, losing my voice, shortness of breath, pain and tenderness on my breast bone and travels to the right side under the breast and straight through the back. what can I do

it is difficult to operate for hiatal hernia
needto have some precautions and diet restrictions with proper positioning of sleep
in my opinion
use low protein diets plentyof fluids
non spicy non oily non greesy foods
there is a postion of posture during sleep that is pop up posture which a physiotherapist cantell you
may take antacids and enzymes to keep under control
this is the best possibility in my opinion
