greetings and welcome to healthcaremagic,

The pain you have without any lumps needs to be looked into carefully. it can mechanical, due some inflammation or some other chronic illness. Your should do tests for this.Asthma is likely in your case and your doctor examining you and asking for x rays and peak flow will decide on what to do next. tarchycrdia requires confirmation and expertise of cardiologist.

Book an appointment a cardiologist.

Fast recovery, Dr Njong Andive.
