I have painful bumps in my armpit area. started with one and now I have five. one of the bumps started smaller and now is significantly larger. it started with a rash that a doctor said was an allergic reaction to antiperspirant. he prescribed clotrimaderm + 1% HCP. it doesn t seem to be getting better after 4 days.
Hi
Armpit swelling not improving may need more tests - one has to exclude problems in breast - tumour or infection. The primary lesion may be there and the arm pit may be showing the draining lymph node. Please see the doctor again - he may opt for a biopsy, if there is any suspicion
Good luck
