Hello.
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic forum.
As your bumps are quite painful and have appeared suddenly in past few days it might be some kind of STD you have contacted from your boyfriend. It is best to get yourself examined properly so that early treatment can be started.

Hello and welcome to healthcare magic!!!
These bumps as you say have appeared after intercourse and very painful pointing towards a Sexually transmitted disease. It could be a herpes or soft chancre i would advise you to consult a gynaecologist immediately and get it evaluated and also get your boyfriend treated at the same time.
take care.
