Painful Bumps With Blood Or Pus Between Inner Thighs And Inner Buttocks. Feels Like Empty Air Pocket Or Hole With Scars When Popped And Drained. Reason?

I get these bumps between my inner thighs and inner buttocks ever so often I have 3 in my inner buttocks where I popped but the discoloration or scarring is still there, when they are drained I can feel as if on the spot they were my skin is a bit able to pull I guess and it feels like an empty air pocket almost and as if there is a hole or something I have two on my thighs now and one on my buttocks which I just popped and drained and just a lot of blood came out but sometimes it's just puss or just blood or both they hurt very bad until I drain them and I don't know what this is

Thanks for the query,

You might be suffering from a deep bacterial infection (furuncle)

Sometimes the bacterial infections are recurrent

Prolonged treatment with antibiotics is needed.

A culture from the fluid and sensitivity for antibiotic will be of great help.
