Painful Lumps On The Neck. Growth Inside The Throat. What Is Causing This?

heey, i have number of lumps on the right side of my neck that move and are very painfull to touch! also everytime i swallow or eat my jaw clicks and this pain goes all the way to my left ear, when i was looking at my throat the other day i noticed quite i large lump like extra skin sticking out of my glands behind my uvula that also feels like im going to swallow everytime i do, whats wrong with me?

hi, Asalamoalaikum you havt written your age and general condition of your body weight.in mostly cases in younger age group it is due to T.B glands which is always in the neck area. u should have the montoux test and blood test for esr.it will be surel yTB of glands.there are TB centres in each hospita l with free treatment.take care improve your general health.
