Painful Nickel Size Red Bump Above Penis, Feeling Of Something Under The Skin. Serious?

Hello Doctor,
So I discovered this nickel size red bump in my public area above my penis and it hurts when i apply pressure to it and it feels like theres something under the skin. It cant be an ingrown hair because i never shave down their only trim and i haven't in a while so I'm sure that it cant be that.

What is this? Is it something serious

You had a nickle sized red bumpin pubic area, above penis, hurts on pressure. It appears to be under the skin.
It appears to be some lymph gland , or a boil due to infection.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. you may need an incision and drainage, if the infection is not that much, it may heal with medicines only.
