Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding painful lump on the occipital region along with pain on scalp, back of neck, chest and abdomen.

Since you have fever also therefore these lumps are supposed to be acute lymphadenitis. You have one node behind your ear which is painless while all others are painful , thus now it becomes necessary to find out the real pathology going on. Here you are advice for these investigation -

1- FNAC from lump.

2- Blood- CBC, ESR, Blood sugar (F & PP).

3- On aspiration from lump if pus comes out than C & S of it.

These above investigations will guide us about possibilities and after that a clinical examination and their co-relation will disclose the diagnosis.

Once the diagnosis is established than treatment may be plan.

Regards.
