Painful, Unstable Knee With Popping Lump Above Knee. History Of Knee Dislocation. Will Exercising More Help?
Hello,
2 years ago I dislocated my knee and had to undergo a surgery, it has been getting better by sometimes my knee still hurts. However about a week ago my knee started hurting a bit more and it feels unstable, sometimes a lump pops near the outward side right above my knee. It does not feel super hard (I dont think its a bone). Its almost as if it was a tendon or a ligament or something.
What should I do? Should I exercise more? The truth is I have not been for some time now and I work in an office sitting most of the time.
In your case exercise is not advised as there seems to tear of Ligament of knee. I'll advise you to go for a MRI knee joint and consult a local orthopedic doctor for clinical examination
Do consider a positive feedback as a credit to my work. Let me know if you have any further questions.
