Painless Mobile Lump Behind Pinna Ear. How To Remove It?
My son is 21 and has a very round mobile lump behind his pinna ear. It lies in the crease in the superior potion. It doesn't hurt, not red been ther for around 4 months. It's not in the mastoid area or near his neck. It has a black fleck on the top of it. It's about the size of 4mm ball bearing on a protuberance of skin

The round mobile small lump is a lymph node( Post auricular LN). It is quite common promlem.This is because of some scalp infection/ hair infection/Dandruff etc.
Some ketoconazole shampooing of the hairs twice weekily regularlywill help to reduce the size of LN..
