Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,

Short term memory loss, fatigue, dizziness, concentration issues, headaches can be symptoms of Hypothyroidism.

If a patient like you come to my clinic, I suggest doing the thyroid tests TSH, fT3, and fT4 and a thyroid ultrasound.

These test will be helpful to understand the actual situation of your thyroid gland and start then right treatment, accordingly to the results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Elona Xhardo, Endocrinologist
