Palpitations and SOB sent me to the ER where they found on a scan that my thyroid gland was 3 times the normal size. My TSH was 0.006. Went to endocrinologist who did an ultrasound and found several large cystic nodules. He removed 12cc of fluid from the largest one and did biopsies. He then did ethanol sclerotherapy. I could not take the pain, so he did not do the others. I am waiting for the results, but very nervously. In the past I have had 4 miscarriages. I have bowel issues, was suddenly diagnosed with asthma, insomnia has worsened, cannot turn my brain off at end of day, always feel like I am hit by a bus. As you can imagine, I have been diagnosed with IBS, depression, anxiety, ADHD, you name it. Nothing works, I always have a low grade fever a d WBC is always indicated as high. I am a 44 year old exec, who started ignoring 'odd' things that occurred with my body, as I did not want any more medications. As a matter of fact, I stopped them all, except for the inderal for palpitations. What next?
