my papsmear test has given an interpretation

negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy

What does this mean...is it a symptom of cervical cancer or any STD...I never had any sexual relation for the past two years with my husband...what is the cause and my doctor has suggested to use VDM KIT and Candid C

Hi!
Welcome to HCM!
Pap smear is a screening test for cervical cancer. Pap smear is done to see if there are any abnormal cells present or for vaginal infections.your report says negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy that means your vaginal and cervical epithelium is not showing any abnormal cells.presence of coccobacillary flora DOES NOT indicate cancer or STD it merely indicates presence of vaginal infection.your doctor has given you antibacterial and antifungal medicines to treat the infection.you can use vaginal washes twice a day.
hope this will help you!
take care!
