Paralyzing Pain, Fever, Chill, Vomit, Nausea After Post Operation Of Full Hysterectomy, Blood Clot. Spasms Cause Scar Tissue And Delay In Healing?

I am 2.5 weeks post op full hysterectomy- left my ovaries... July 15 was da Vinci, discharged 48 hrs later... 72 hrs later I have paralyzing pain, fever, chill, vomit, nausea etc -7/22 go to ER turns out I have a blood clot where uterus was size of grapefruit .. Stay another 4 days sent home with heavy antibiotics, pain meds, and tons of others...

Now been home with min progress daily... Now I begin to get reflux may even vomit when taking my 3 capsules of clindamycin. I am afraid of damage to my esophagus due to so many meds?. . Yesterday libido was out of control with spasms in my vagina today I am so sad.. Cried for hours this morning now feel sad. Why? Will this continue?
Could spasms cause scar tissue? Delay in healing? Pressure when bladder is filling?? Y? Should I hold it to strength cuff? Or release often- I'm worried about infection. ?

Hello ma'am.

It appears as rhough you have suffered two serious complications of the procedure, both infection as well as a clot from the procedure.

Please continue with the anribiotics if you have fever and other symptoms.

You are also displaying signs of depression, which in my opinion could be a side effect of one of the medications used. It would greatly help if you would have mentioned the medications you are using, but as you have mot you could try our premium service and write back to us for a more elaborate explanation and guidance.

Spasms are a sign of healing or some other underlying condition, so do this will not delay healing but you should get it checked.

It is best you visit the toilet as often as possible, do not hold your urine in. You might struggle woth incontinence for a while, but if this lasts for longer then please report to your doctor.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
