Passing Stools With Blood. Having Low Blood Count. Reason?

Hi doctor!! around 6 years ago i had a problem whereby i will pass my motion with blood ,but i do not have any consipation problem,i will pass my motion as normal but the blood will flow terribly.Then 3years ago i went for a body check up and the doctor said my blood level is very low(anaemic)then i recovered but not fully.And now after so long i pass my motion with blood=.=.I guess due to that my blood level is low.May i know what is the possible reason to pass motion with blood?? Thank You Doc

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
From your history it suggests that you are having chronic bleeding piles.
Due to chronic blood loss from the piles you became anemic.
Consult surgeon and get it diagnosed and get it operated to get rid of bleeding.
Avoid constipation.
Take 1 tablespoonful of Cremaffin at night.
Take plenty of water and food containing more fiber.
Avoid fried and chillies food.
