what is the use of having Paternia tablets does it has any side effects ?

Paternia tablets contains :-
-Co-enzyme Q 10- it is used to increase sperm count
-lycopene is a antioxidant;L-carnitine and zinc sulphate are other contents annd is again used for improving sperm count.
If the doctor prescribes after doing the semen analysis then it is fine and can be taken to improve the result but if not there is no much problem in taking it but it will be unnecessary.
