Pea Size Ball/lump In Scrotum On Left. Could It Be From The Fungal Infection On Penis ?

I feel a pea size ball/lump in my scrotum on the left(you have to put your finger pretty deep to find it), it feels kind of like bone but it is in the shape of a pea, it is not painful. It is not in the testicle and can only be felt while laying down with my stomach facing up. I recently went to the doc and they said I had a fungal infection on my penis which may have caused one of my testicles to feel larger but they said no lumps in the testicles

Hi pea shaped swelling on the scrotum cannot be fungal infection because in fungus clear cut lesion is visible.i think it is only steatocystoma.no treatment is required as it is a benign condition.treatment can be done by excision of pea shaped lesion from the scrotal skin
