Hello and welocme to HCM
based on the location of the lump it seems that you have a Bartholin's cyst.
Bartholin gland is present in the area between labia majora and minors.
Its function is to secrete mucus ahich lubricates the vagina.
Bartholin's gland can become irritated or infected resulting in pain.
If the duct becomes obstructed a Bartholin's cyst can form.
If the Bartholin's cyst becomes infected, abscess can result.
Treatment consists of marsupilization/ deroofing of the cyst and antibiotics.
Lymph node is unlikely at this region as this is not the location of lympn nodes.
Besides Bartholin's cyst this swelling could be some skin nodule.
Consult your gynaecologists for clinical examination, investigations and management.
Thank you
