Hi Welcome to Health care magic After going through your history you are having hematuria that is passing blood in urine . There are many causes like infection stone And any growth inside urinary tract . You should consult an Urologist and get ultrasonography of abdomen which will help you to know what is the cause. Other investigation which can be used is cystoscopy if required biopsy may be taken to confirm the cause. painless hematuria can be due to kidney tuberculosis any malignant lesion of urinary tract. Differential could be bleeding diathesis. Hope this helps you to know what action yo be taken. Take care Good luck Dr Akhilesh Dubey M.D.
