Pelvic Discomfort, Back Pain. Taken Antibiotics For Urine Infection. Brown Discharge
I have been feeling lower pelvic discomfort and lower back pain off and on for a few months. I have been to the doctors twice and he said it is a urine infection and put me on antibiotics . This clears up the urine for awhile but now have the lower back pain again, pelvic discomfort and for about one week I have been seeing a brown discharge when wiping after urinating.

Go for vaginal swab examination and urine check up.
