Pelvic Ultrasound Done. What Does Results Suggest? Anything To Worry?

Hi, I am a 41 yr old female. The results for my pelvic ultrasound is out and it says the following:
1. Uterus Measurement: 94 x 50 x 67mm. Echotexture for the uterus is adnormal. 4 Fibroids found.
2. Enlarged and cystic left ovary measuring 54 x 53 x 33mm.

I do not know what to make of the above comments. Should I be concerned?

Hi, the ultrasound says that there are fibroids in the uterus, and cyst in the ovatry. the treatment of the uterus depends upon your age, if child bearing age, fibroidectomy is done to facilitate the uterus for conception. If old age hysterectomy is advised. the ovarian cyst must be large, so drilling may be required. Thank you.

hi.. thanks for choosing HCM,
your ultrasound report says that you have fibriod uterus and cystic ovaries..
for fibriod uterus, if it causing symptoms of heavy bleeding /pain abdomen, then it should be operated.
cystic ovaries in the 4th decade should be taken seriously, the size of 5cm diameter, needs to be evaluated.. i feel even it needs to be operated.
see your gynaecologist for this.. all the very best.
