Penis Hurts When Wiped. Had Frequent Urination. Hurts. Put Saltwater And Olive Oil On The Foreskin. Treatment?
About 3 months ago, my penis hurt when I wiped it with toilet paper. Then one day it was red with a few red bumps on it. I put hydro-cortizone on it and the red bumps went away on the second day. Today it was red again and I had frequent urination today and yesterday. It hurt at the tip when I urinated today the first 3 times but the next 2 times it didn't. But I did feel a slight discomfort when I peed just now. I put saltwater and olive oil on the foreskin and inside the head. I am not circumcised . Thanks
Welcome to HCM. Most likely it could be due to bacterial infection after some abrasions. Avoid steroid cream and you can apply anti bacterial, anti fungal cream. Frequent urination and burning also indicates some urinary infection. Go for cbc, urine, fbs, ppbs investigations to rule out diagnosis. You can take oral nsaid to subside pain and start antibiotic under guidance of your physician. Drink more water, take proper local care, avoid tight under garment. Get examined by your physician and start proper treatment.
