Periods Started Early After Lifting Heavy Object. Have Back Pain. Trying To Conceive. Miscarriage?

I got my period 4 days early immediately after lifting a heavy object. This also caused a lower back pain that was severe for a day and beginning to get better from day 2. I m trying to get pregnant and I keep wondering if this is just an early period or a miscarriage!! Can lifting heavy weights this early induce MC? Please help!

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Lifting a heavy weight can increase the intra-abdominal pressure and can cause an early period. Since the bleeding before your expected date of periods, a miscarriage is not likely. It is best to avoid repeating such things in future.
