Persistent Cough, Heaviness In Chest. Tested For TB. Can I Take An Injection?

I have been coughing persistently for some time now, like six weeks and I was tested for TB which was negative. I more so cough in the evening and I do not have any fever. Again I feel a lot of weight on my chest when coughing, this is more so in the evening, my question is, is there an injection I can take to stop this?
