Hi and thanks for the query
Infections of the middle ear can take upto 6 weeks to resolve.
During which time middle ear can get filled with fluid resulting in hearing loss and ear discomfort.
Since she has already recieved 2 courses of antibiotics and her ear is not discharging, you can wait for 4 weeks more for all symptoms to subside.
Meanwhile you can follow some simple measures to hasten recovery
1) Decongestant nose drops (pediatric) followed by steam inhalation twice daily for 5 days
2) Balloon blowing twice daily
3) Plenty of fluids
4) Avoid cold foods from the fridge, air conditioner and fan
