Hi I had a pimple for around 2 weeks and it was bright red and did not seem to subside , then i poped it and got blood ( a lot of it for a pimple ) and a week later it seemed to diminish in size , now the layer on top of the pimple seems to be smooth but there is a black spot underneath which seems more like a blood cloth , this is concerning me because its on my face and now I am worried if this will be permanent
Instead of self treatment, consult a qualified dermatologist.
If the spot is painful, apply clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide till it heals. Later for the dark spot use a cream containing kojic acid/glycolic acid/hydroquinone for 4-8 weeks at night. Apply sunscreen with a SPF of 30 during daytime.

Hi, Instead of self treatment, consult a qualified dermatologist. If the spot is painful, apply clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide till it heals.
