Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
Right now you just need to apply an antibacterial cream like fusidic acid or mupirocin over the lesion to help it heal completely. Once the lesion heals and any pigmentation remains, you may use Kojic acid cream to help it subside.
Hope that helped.
Take care
