Hi, my cycles are usually right on time each month and I have a 28 day cycle. This month I experienced some very light pink discharge. Within 24 hours it turned a little more red but I was still only spotting. I am usually pretty heavy flow with my cycles. I have not changed my exercise or types of food. I am wondering if there is any way I could be pregnant or could there be another reason behind this?
Hi, Thanks for the query. If yo had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation then there is possibility of pregnancy. Minimal spotting can be seen during pregnancy due to many causes. But just by spotting you cannot confirm the pregnancy. So if you have suspicion that there is possibility of pregnancy, go for pregnancy test once. If the test comes negative watch next cycle it same scanty flow repeats in next month consult gynecologist once and get evaluated.
