Pins And Needles From Right Arm To Fingers. CT Scan Shows Disc Bulging, Pinched Nerve. Should I Carry On Physio Treatment?
I have pins and needles down the right arm into the palm of my hand and into my fingers. A CT scan has showed L5 & L6 disc bulging. I am having physio which is very painful. The physio has found quite a few areas that have pinched nerves. Should I carry on with physio treatment? I have had 3 treatments so far which have left me in a lot of pain
Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears to be the cervical spondylosis causing the pressure on the nerves supplying the right arm. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis. cervical traction may be needed by physiotherapist for relief. I prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cervical coller, neurotrophic injections for 10 consecutive days, ofloxacin, anti inflammatory drugs. Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods for some time. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
