radiologic findings: there is blunting at the right costophrenic sulcus. there is linear infiltrates seen in the right probably CCT contusion.The left lung is hyper areated. The heart is not enlarged.The rest of the chest fields are unremarkable. impressions: pleural effusion , right. pulmonary contusion, right. hyper areated left lung.
Hi, These findings requires evaluation of the case. pleural effusion might be due to pneumonitis, tuberculosis and other space occupying lesion in the lungs. Consult pulmonologist and get examined. Co relation with present clinical findings are required. Ok and take care.
