Pop In The Left Anterior Lower End Of Ribcage While Getting Up From Squatting Which Hurts While Sneezing/hiccup Along With Diarrhea?
I was in a squatting position and when I stood up I felt a pop and pain located in the left anterior lower end of ribcage. It is not currently hurting to breathe, however, it does hurt to sneeze and hiccup. I also am having some diarrhea now. This happened about 5 hours ago. I am a bit concerned because I know my spleen is located in this general area. Any help that you could provide would be greatly helpful.

Pain in left anterior lower end of ribcage during coughing can occur due to following reasons:
-Acidity: can present with similar clinical features.
-Cough: As chest wall muscle contracts seconds before coughing to facilitate it. There is need to investigate cause for cough and sneezing in your case.
-Infection: Can present with systemic systems like decrease threshold for pain, cough and diarrhea.
-Anxiety or stress: if it is associated with excessive worry, palpitation or restlessness.
For me your problem is less likely due to spleen problem You can provide more information regarding other associated symptoms with this problem to help you better.
