The injuries that you sustained do not fully explain all of you symptoms. In most patients who sustain the pelvic fractures that you describe you would expect a good recovery with maybe mild ongoing pelvic pain. The nerve injuries you describe in you lower back would give potentially permanent weakness and numbness in your leg and you would require and aid and maybe even a brace to help you walk. The injuries you describe however do not explain the problem with you hand and so I would suggest that you seek a further medical opinion regarding this from you family Dr.
