Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Thank you. My urine, only first thing in the morning, is very murky and smells sort of burnt. I am in pain all the time, the doctor says, because my L4 vertebra is not in line with the rest of my vertebra. My sacrum and right hip bone are twisted forward a little, also. Could these out of alignments being causing my kidneys problems and if not what may be the cause of the urine smell and murkiness? I do not drink, but I do smoke and I am 44.
I suggest doing a urine test to confirm the diagnosis.
Meanwhile, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
I also suggest drinking a lot of liquids.
If the diagnosis is confirmed I suggest using a cycle of antibiotics to treat the infection.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
