Popping Sound In Thigh While Dancing, Pain, Difficulty In Lifting Leg. Suggestions?
My daughter was stretching and working on her splits in dance. Her right leg was forward and she suddenly heard, and felt, a pop in the top and side of the right thigh. There was also a lot of pain. She now has pain on the outer thigh. It hurts to lift the leg forward, and it hurts to put pressure on it. Any suggestions?
