Pores In Armpit, Discharging White Substance. What Is It?
I have a few huge pores in my armpit that has hard black stuff and stringy white stuff coming out of it. Also a really long hair came out through one of them when I squeezed it. What is it?? I had surgery to have a sweat gland removed a few years ago because it was swollen and big and these pores are surrounding the same area. What do I do to get rid of it?

these are normally fungus infection and as the sweaeat glands can be blocked by fungal infection they hurt and superadded infection causes dicharge from area
you need to take antifungal tab fluconazole 150 mg once a week for 2-3 months
can add antibiotic if infection occurs and discharge comes from area
keep skin dry airy and sweat free
apply antifungal ointments and powders for long time may be 3 months
take anti allergic ss for itch

After reading your query I can make out that your arm pit has infection of either oil gland with hair root or the sweat gland. Because of the infection there is oozing of whitish pus and scab of black color.
For the betterment kindly do not try to pinch or squeeze the swelling.
Do warm water compresses over the area.
Wear cotton clothes and cotton undergarments.
Stay away from hot and humid environment.
Apply a cream containing Mupirocin or fucidin in it.
You can take oral antibiotics containing amoxcycillin or cefadroxil under medical advice.
