Positive HPT. Transabdominal Scan Shows No Gestational Sac. Due To Cancer?

Hi im 28 years old female married with a 16 months old daughter.my Lmp was 26th june.normally i have a cycle of about 35 days.i did an HPT 2 days ago and it was positive.did two more and positive.today i had a transabdominal scan which showed 15mm thick endometrium ,a 2*2*2 cm cyst in right ovary but no gestational sac .im so worried because the internet says positive HPT may be due to cancers aswell.

During a very early gestation, it is often difficult to see a gestational sac on ultrasound scan. A repeat scan after 10 days will help in confirmation.
