Positive PT. Injection For Follicle Given, Ruptured. Done Scan. Taken Miprogen. Will I Be Okay?
my lmp was march 9th.i got my pregnency result poitive (blood test).Actually i was given injection for follicle to rupture on 25th march.I had my first scan done on 27th april & my doc said that the fetus growth is not up to date so she prescribed me miprogen 200 mg for 10 days and asked to come for the next scan.Now am using miprogen200 and i found brownish black substance. Am afraid what is it all about. Am a bit upset. Pls reply doctor

You could be having threatened abortion.
You have not provided exact details of the scan, so its very difficult for me to say if the growth is discordant or upto the mark.
Miprogen contains progesterone , which is a pregnancy supportive hormone.
It is prescribed when there is danger of abortion or miscarriage.
Please take the treatment as advised,
In the next scan you would know if the fetus is viable or if you require termination of this pregnancy.
Take rest.
Avoid stress and intercourse.
